Dixie McGrath is an 8th grade English teacher at Hill Country Middle School in the Eanes Independent School District. She has spent several years teaching journalism and photography. Her 8th grade students were a natural environment in which to introduce rigorous iPad infused lessons. In addition to being a great teacher, she is also a fabulous study buddy, as she and I shared blood, sweat and tears in a joint pursuit of our Master's degree last year.
